this is the lower control arm of a nissan hard body and any body that has bagged a nissan knows that the front will lay
out all but 2"s but cutting out the control arm lets it clear the frame were the bump stop was previous and gives that little
extra for laying frame out with 17" wheels with 205/40/17 tires i have performed this on two previous trucks but not mine
yet hopefully by the 10-09-04 it will be performed.......

here is the notch before the frame is cut to be sure the frame is the same geometry as it was before the notch
was installed.....
this is a notch done on a blazer about a month ago install time on a blazer is about twice the time as it takes on a
s-10 due to the room and cross members
